NEW! We're doing some wonderful new
tundra bracelet designs, and you now have more leather colors to
choose from. We've added chocolate brown, white, and red reindeer
leather in addition to the black and caramel brown we've always had.

BETTER! When a pewter bracelet
breaks, it is almost always due to failure of the loop. We've
corrected that problem, and starting December 1, 2008, we'll be
using sterling silver loops instead. We'll still do a leather loop
if you request it, however.

We've redesigned the shopping
cart to make it easier to order bracelets. If you would like to
order an ankle bracelet, hat band, dog collar, or choker, please
contact us for a quote first. The prices reflected in the
catalog are for bracelet lengths only (up to about 9").
Is there anything I need to know before
ordering Tundra?
YES! That's a great question!

Make sure you order a length that is a
snug but comfortable fit. Your Tundra will expand slightly in the
first several weeks. They are extremely comfortable, and you'll
forget you have it on but you'll feel naked without it. If you order too small, you may have trouble
wearing it for the several weeks it will take to expand. If you will
tell us the measurement of your wrist, ankle, hat, etc., we'll make
it right. You do not need to consider loop and button
allowances....we'll make it to fit the measurement you gave us.

Measure with something flexible, mark it,
and use a ruler to measure the length you marked. A shoe lace, strip
of paper, or piece of string work well. You can give us the
measurement in inches (to the nearest 1/4") or centimeters (to the
nearest 0.5 cm).

We are seriously low on elk ivories! We've
posted pics so you can see the work, but it is not possible for you
to order one without communicating with us. Ivory Tundra are by
pre-paid special order only!
How long will it take to
receive my order?

If you ordered an item we have in stock,
we'll ship the very next day.

There are so many variables (braid, color,
length) for Tundra, it is likely your preferences will require your
order to be custom made. We can usually finish your order in just a
few days, but if you've ordered several Tundra bracelets, we may
need a weekend to complete your pieces. We like to say you'll have
your order in 7-10 days, but we are almost always faster than that.

If you have a rush situation, all you have
to do is let us know...we can almost always accommodate your requests.
Why didn't I receive an email
confirmation?

We will always let you know via email that
we've received your order. We'll also keep you posted on shipping
details. If you place an order and don't hear from us, we probably
didn't get your order.
